Welcome! This Service Agreement explains the terms under which Leadoxys provides online real estate lead generation and marketing services to you, our valued client. By using our Services, you agree to these terms.
What We Offer
We specialize in helping real estate professionals like you attract qualified leads through tailored marketing strategies. Our Services may include online ads, landing page optimization, CRM setup, social media campaigns, email marketing, and consultations. Specific details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.
Your Role
To get the best results, we need your cooperation! This includes:
- Providing accurate business details and access to necessary platforms (e.g., ad accounts, CRM).
- Responding promptly to our requests for feedback or approvals.
- Delays or incomplete information may impact results, and we can’t be held responsible for that.
Payments
All fees are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed.
- Services start once payment is received.
- For ongoing plans, payments are automatically billed per the agreed schedule.
- Late payments may lead to service suspension or termination.
- Please note: Payments are non-refundable once campaigns or lead delivery begin, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Lead Delivery
We work hard to deliver genuine, verified leads. However, since lead performance depends on factors like market conditions and follow-up strategies, we can’t guarantee specific sales or conversions. Leads are considered delivered once shared via email, CRM, or dashboard.
Confidentiality & Data Use
We respect your privacy and comply with regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential. You also agree to use leads ethically and not resell or misuse them.
Ownership of Materials
All marketing materials we create (e.g., ads, graphics) remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Upon full payment, certain assets may be transferred to you as outlined in your project scope.
Ending the Agreement
You or we can end this Agreement with 14 days’ written notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment, misuse of services, or breach of terms. Upon termination, any unpaid fees are due immediately. Subscriptions canceled after renewal are non-refundable for that billing cycle.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are generally not available once campaigns are active. Exceptions may apply if we fail to deliver agreed-upon services. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 business days.
Our Limits
While we use proven strategies, results can vary based on factors like budget, competition, and market conditions. We’re not liable for indirect losses (e.g., missed sales) and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last billing period.
Independent Relationship
We’re an independent contractor, not your employee or partner. This Agreement doesn’t create a partnership or agency relationship.
Disputes & Governing Law
Let’s aim to resolve any issues amicably. If that doesn’t work, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the laws of US and Canada. Arbitration decisions are final.
Updates to Terms
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services means you accept the updated terms.
